Kids’ Groups at 9:45 am Sundays

Godly Play:
Sundays 9:45-10:45am  |  1-3 grade

Godly Play is a Montessori style curriculum for teaching children the stories of the Bible using manipulatives. The curriculum lays out the stories following the church lectionary and seasons of the church calendar. It helps children understand the activities that go on in Worship services.

Truth Seekers:
Sundays 9:45-10:45am  |  4-6 grade

Trackers is a program designed to develop the basics of Christianity in our children, instilling in them a knowledge of where truth is found, examples of Biblical “Trackers of Truth,” and a desire to seek truth for themselves.

Preschool :
Sundays 9:45-10:45am  |  1-5 years

Playtime, snack, Bible story, craft and game that is developmentally appropriate for little disciples.

Wednesday Night Live

  • Fall/Spring 6-weeks
  • Wednesdays, 3:30-6:00pm
  • Fellowship Hall

Wednesday Night Live has been happening at Burnet Methodist for years! Kids (k-5th grade) are picked at school. A VBS-style program with music, crafts, games, Bible story keeps kids learning and having fun.

Get ready for the summer event that points kids to Jesus, a faithful friend we can always trust! Here kids explore how easy it is to lose sight of what’s true in our wild world today and learn that Jesus is our true north. You can expect a week full of faith discoveries, memorable music, and epic adventures that help kids grow in friendship with Jesus!

Confirmation Class

Confirmation is a big step in your child’s personal faith journey, reading him or her for a life of discipleship and Christian service. Our Confirmation program prepares your young person to claim the Christian faith as his or her own. Please contact Pastor Jason Teague for information on confirmation classes.
