Need to borrow medical equipment for a loved one or friend? We have some items for loan! They may be borrowed for as long as needed. Fill out the form below to borrow the equipment item shown. Equipment pick-up and returns can be done on Fridays from 9-12 am. These arrangements will be made after the form below is received.
We will also accept donations of medical equipment in good working condition: wheelchairs, walkers, rollator walkers, shower seats and benches, bedside toilets and toilet arms, and canes of various kinds.
